You need the right tools and techniques

The other day i tried servicing my generator on my own but i was
finding it very hard to remove the plug from the cylinder head because
it was stuck in the groove. After several unsuccessful attempts at
it,i decided to take it to a machine shop where the fella there
removed the plug from the cylinder head under 20 seconds using a
special tool. That got me thinking how we waste so much efforts on
something but achieve very little results with it due to using the
wrong tool or technique.  As we are in a new year, many would have
written down one goal or the other they want to achieve this year.
Agenda setting is one good way to start a new year as it keeps one
focused with clear expectations and a means to review if success was
achieved at the end of any particular year. In order to save time and
efforts,it would make a whole lot of sense to also review what tools
or techniques would be required to bring such goals to fruition
faster. This may require seeking for help or mentorship from those who
have the knowledge and resources in that field or endeavour you wished
to excel in. It would also require using personal resources to acquire
the requisite training in any area that would boost the achievement of
your set goals and objectives. Finally, you would require the
discipline to go on with your plans irrespective of the challenges you
may face, and that really is the big deal here. Well,go on and succeed
in this virgin year because you have got all it takes, good luck!
